At Bacaro, our menu is based on seasonal, indigenous ingredients. We travel to numerous farms every day to pick up whatever bounty Mother Nature has in store for us. Our menu is a reflection of the harvest with which we focus on simplicity and purity to create our dishes in turn, causing our menu to change often.
