An “Enoteche”, as defined by the Assoociazione Internazionale Enoiteche, must carry a minimum of 100 different wines and represent at least ten different regions of Italy, five regions of France, and two other regions from outside Italy and France.  The enoteche must also carry at least 5 kinds of grappa and one brandy.

Bacaro has a wonderful wine list designed by Jennifer Matta.  Currently, Ms. Matta’s List contains over one hundred different wines, representing 16 regions of Italy, 6 regions of France along with a nice array from the United States and other areas of the world. 

There are 10 different kinds of grappa to choose from along with a wonderful list of Italian-inspired cocktails.
